Q:

Dear 100 Hour Board,
How many times have they changed the Honor Code's dress standards? What made them change it each time? Did students speaking out have anything to do with it?

A: Dear October,

Yet again, I have returned late with an answer. October I apologize for my tardiness, for several reasons (not quite alien abduction, but close) I have been very busy this week, even though your question was simple to answer, it just took some time to get in front of a computer and give you a proper reply.

here is a link to a document kindly provided by the Honor Code Office. It is a history of revisions to the dress and grooming standards.

I do not know for sure, but I would guess, that it changes periodically as dress/grooming styles change within the bounds of church standards, and yes, I imagine that students petitioning was part of it. I hope this answers your question.
