What's the best way to flatten your stomach? Not loose weight...just make it flat.

A: Dear crunches,

Flex your abs. Seriously. Keep them tightened and flexed for periods at a time, especially whenever you are walking or otherwise exercising. Flattens the stomach right down. Results will vary per individual, of course.

I back up what Eowyn said. I had a missionary companion who had quite a gut until he was told that he could flatten his stomach by keeping it tight all the time. I'm not sure of all the causes involved, but after a few months his tummy was looking a lot better.
