Q:

Dear 100 Hour Board,

What's the very first major news story you can remember living through?

-War on Terror Declaration

A:

Dear Carmine,

So I, uh, don't really follow news all that much. Like, currently pretty much all my news comes from reading the Board...

Anyways, what this means is that I haven't exactly paid the best attention to major news stories in my life. Because of that, the first major news thing I can remember is President Obama's inauguration, and I'm fairly certain the only reason I remember that is because I was in school, and all the students were forced to got to watch it.

A:

Dear you,

I don't think I actually watched any of the news coverage, nor did I really understand what was happening, but I remember 9/11.

Love,

Luciana

A:

Dear Declaration,

I remember watching the footage of 9/11 in my second grade class. The principal made an announcement over the intercom telling all the teachers to turn their TVs on, and I could tell that everyone was really sad and that something bad was happening, but I didn't totally understand what was going on.

Dear santorini,

I remember seeing news coverage of the Oklahoma City Bombing on April 19, 1995.
