Dear 100 Hour Board,
I have a question about the "Questions with the most votes" in the Popular Questions tab. Will they ever be beat? I see some great new questions and answers that pop up every so often, and the most they ever get is around 30 votes. Maybe more. But all 10 of the most popular questions have 70 votes or more.
The problem I see is that, because they're already listed as "Popular Questions," new readers come along, read them, and add their own green thumbs up to the 70+ that they already have.
Honestly, I love the ones that are up there. And some of them deserve to stay there forever and ever. I'm just wondering if it's likely that any new good questions will ever join or replace some of them.
What if I told you my wife and I are expecting our first little one? Would that deserve some votes?

P.S. We are waiting until delivery to find out the gender!
Yeah, this is one of those things I think would be cool to change about the Board, as they probably stay there for the reasons you mentioned. But, I mean, do 70 people even read the Board now days? Did the Board used to employ poor freshman to give upvotes? Are we currently just sending answers out into the void? We could never know.
As far as I know, the closest one to joining the top ten is the one about the niceness of yayfulness' hands. It's still weird, but if you go like it now, maybe it can break the ranks of the Top 10.
