Dear 100 Hour Board,
I heard that all of the sidewalks at BYU have names. Where can I find these names?? Is it just another BYU myth? Brigham Square and Lee Lane will not suffice.

When I worked for the Wilkinson Custodial crew, we had names for every part of the Wilk. However, they weren't particularly interesting; they were just to let us communicate our location easily. My guess is that the BYU Grounds crew has a similar set of names for the sidewalks, but it's just so they can communicate "this place needs to be cleared of snow" and such.
I don't know if the Wilk names were written down anywhere or if they were just passed on as a tradition of the fathers. My guess is that if the sidewalk names are recorded anywhere, it's in the private information of the Grounds crew.
