Dear 100 Hour Board,
If you could give someone one piece of advice on how to live their life, what would it be?

Probably to be okay with living it, and to learn what that means from different places. If I look in enough places and see enough patterns, it's easier to see what's true and what is just a sticky note.
I think it's a cool thing to suffering as experiencing and enjoying, versus something you are subjected to or that you have to tolerate. Kinda changes the game.
Oh, and take care. Of yourself, of others, and of things that matter. There's a reason it's my sign off.
Free church music is free for a reason! Spend a couple bucks to buy a nice arrangement if you're going to do something.
Dear no such thing,
Be yourself. Be your best self, but be yourself. Not only be yourself, but be comfortable in your own skin!

Fill it full of people you love and work that you love. Spend your time on things that make you feel alive.
Dear Roots and Leaves,
Bad things happen and sometimes they are unavoidable. When something goes wrong unexpectedly, don't panic. Accept that the thing is happening so that you need to deal with it now. You can think about how it happened or why at some other time but right now it's happening no matter what you did. Deal with the problem first. It will minimize the discomfort or pain.
Embrace the light.
Focus on building and maintaining really good relationships with people, because nothing matters as much as loving others and being loved.
Dear Tater Salad,
Please, I'm begging you, choose the right.
If you're sick, be sick.
If you're joyful, be full of joy.
If you're angry, be angry.
If you're afraid or disgusted, figure out why.
If you're sad, be sad.
If you ever want to be more than you are, you first have to be who and what you are now.
