Q:

Dear 100 Hour Board,

I'm going to be using the orange Dining Dollars Meal plan this fall. I've looked online but I can't really find that much information on what or where I can use the money for food. I was wondering if someone could explain it to me, where I can use my meal plan. I heard that I can use it at the Creamery, but I'm not sure that's true. Any comprehensive lists are appreciated!

-It's a sad existence without food.

A:

Dear friend,

Dining Dollars works at:

  • The Creameries (both the one on Ninth and any outlets)
  • The Cougareat restaurants
  • The Cannon Center
  • The Blue Line
  • The MOA Cafe
  • The Skyroom
  • Legends Grille
  • Jamba Juice
Basically, they can be used at any on-campus dining area except concessions. Just to confirm, you can definitely use it at the Creamery (and you can use it to buy anything there except Campus Floral items, not just food-related items). My freshman roommate would use her Dining Dollars to buy milk there all the time, and I have also bought things at the Creamery using Dining Dollars before. I've used them at the Creamery to buy everything from notebooks to chocolate I really shouldn't have been buying that late at night to shampoo. Either Dining Dollars definitely works at the Creamery or I owe BYU a lot of money. Best of luck this fall!

Dining Dollars also don't work at The Wall, sadly. But they definitely do at the vending machines on campus!
