Q:

Dear 100 Hour Board,

Many years ago I watched a church video based on a story told in General Conference, as I recall. It was the story of a priesthood leader who got up very early on Sunday mornings to drive to the farm where two Aaronic priesthood young men lived and then helped them get their chores done so that they could come to church with him. Where can I find that video and/or what conference talk was it based on?

A:

Dear Cow Feeder,

I think I've found the story behind the movie; it's called "A Lesson in the Cold," and was published in the Liahona in September 1988. I can't seem to find any Church videos that re-enact the story, though (the closest thing I can find to that would probably be "The Gift," which is about how a little boy gets up early on Christmas morning to do all of the chores so his dad doesn't have to).

Sorry about that! Hopefully this gives you a place to start.
