Dear 100 Hour Board,
I read that all the decorations you see Joanna Gaines put into a home right before she reveals it to the owners on Fixer Upper, that the owners don't actually get to keep any of the decor (unless it was made custom for them, like a table). IF the owners DO want to keep the decor, they will have to pay extra for it, on top of the $20,000 they paid Joanna for her design and on top of their house expense. So, my question is, when the Property Brothers reveal a recently renovated house to their clients all nicely decorated, do their clients get to keep the decor, or is it the same set up as on Fixer Upper where they have to pay to keep all the knick knacks and furniture? Or, is it part of the home renovation budget? And, do you know how much the home owners pay to have the Property Brothers design their home?
According to the Scott Brothers website FAQ, they do.
