Actually, Brigham Young still does the funky chicken. All you have to do is run along the diagonal path in front of the ASB at night and look at the statue's legs. The dark spaces between the windows of the ASB, when seen passing behind the statue's legs, result in the illusion that the legs are moving. The Tree of Knowledge statue never had anything to do with it (although that's a very common misconception).
As for haunted places on campus, I nominate the big lecture halls in the MARB. At least once per class period, you hear an unearthly groan not unlike the cries of the damned. Spooky...
