Q:

Dear 100 Hour Board,

When I worry about stuff too much, I get this sick burning feeling in my body. It's really annoying and can make me sick and really unhappy. does that happen to anybody else?

- Calzoner

A: Dear Calzoner,
Kind of. When I'm worrying too much, I wake up nauseated. It messes up my life. I've had to practice not worrying.

-I can empathize, kind of
A: Dear Calzoner,

You too? When I stress out, particularly about finances, I get a "hot spot" on my back or chest. It's about 5-6" in diameter and gets extremely warm. It's not in my mind either as I had a friend put their hand on it one time and they immediately pulled back. I have no idea what it is but I figure it's trying to tell me to stop stressing out. So I just take it as that.
