Dear 100 Hour Board,
the other day i worked out for the first time in...a long time. when i woke up the other day, i wasn't sore, my muscles were just tired. as the day progressed i got more and more sore. why? why wasn't i sore when i woke up? is there any way to get rid of the soreness?
Geez, Peanut, you're starting to remind me of NKOTB. You muscles get sore because you use them. Same thing happens to me sometimes. Try stretching periodically throughout the day.
