Yes. Their guild was generally called...(wait for it)...the Miller's Guild. Go figure.

If you want more information, I can direct you to two interesting sources I looked at. First, A History of Medias, which tells you that in the city of Medias the Miller's Guild was founded around 1574. Second, someone has been kind (?) enough to put his entire dissertation online. It is titled The Guilds of Early Modern Augsburg and from it you can learn absolutely everything you ever wanted to know about the guilds of early modern Augsburg. Mention of the Miller's Guild is found in Chapter 7.
