Dear 100 Hour Board,

So when I was a freshman, the guys in Merrill had this thing going; every time one of them was turned down for a date, they would write it up on a list on the wall, along with the reason given for declining. Any girl who turned down 3 guys without a good reason, or who was rude when saying no went on the Black List.

My questions are: is this common in the dorms still? And if not, why not? I thought it was a pretty good idea.

A: Dear sensible girl:

This is the first I've heard of a physical blacklist, but pretty much every group of guys keeps an unwritten list of "untouchable" girls.
