Dear 100 Hour Board (especially Mighty Quinn)
I have a question about abs. I am dedicated to making my abs as beautiful as possible, so I do a lot of crunches, situps, etc. My problem is that one side is "better" than the other! My left side is great, but my right side is kind of puny. I do the same amount on both sides...do you have an explanation for this strangeness?

Sometimes people overcompensate on their left side when working out because it is the weaker side (at least it was when the started).
I suppose the easiest thing is to say that it's all mental. Really concentrate on the areas you want to work and really push yourself.
