Dear 100 Hour Board (especially Mighty Quinn)

I have a question about abs. I am dedicated to making my abs as beautiful as possible, so I do a lot of crunches, situps, etc. My problem is that one side is "better" than the other! My left side is great, but my right side is kind of puny. I do the same amount on both you have an explanation for this strangeness?

A: Dear Lady,

Sometimes people overcompensate on their left side when working out because it is the weaker side (at least it was when the started).

I suppose the easiest thing is to say that it's all mental. Really concentrate on the areas you want to work and really push yourself.
