Dear 100 Hour Board,
Since a person's weight fluctuates throughout the day, what is the best time of the day weight yourself so it will be accurate? Is is in the morning before you've eaten anything? Or is it in the evening after you've had the day's worth of food? Or is it somewhere in the middle?
It's in the morning. In the evening your body is full of food. Not a good idea. But whenever you weigh yourself, make sure you do it consistently or else you won't get accurate results (i.e. always in the mornings when you get up, etc.).
