Dear 100 Hour Board,

This is actually a comment in response to one of the questions. For anything that's getting dry, starting to chafe, or otherwise become uncomfortable (we don't need to go into specifics . . . suffice it to say that you know whenever ANYthing seems to be a little, um, not right), use Bag Balm. Yes, lotion's nice sometimes, but it doesn't always cut it. It comes in a green tin, and it's for cow udders. But it just happens to work remarkably well for us humans. You can find it in fine pharmacies anywhere (if it's not in the pharmacy section, the pharmacy's not fine).

P.S. You probably want to use sparingly, unless you want to end up as a sticky mess.
