Dear 100 Hour Board,
I have heard a rumor that a student died at the Monte L. Bean Life Science Museum a long time ago. The story goes that the student was an employee who was rappelling off of the third floor after hours. Although an experienced climber, he fell to his death. Does this rumor have any truth to it?
My research into the subject shows that this is probably rumor. This might be a fun one to add to my list of BYU folklore: the secret lab under the Y, the blackmarket exchange of engagement rings that weren't accepted, the funky chicken statue and other greats.
