Q:

Dear 100 Hour Board,
My feet are getting very dry. As well as every other part of my body. You name it, it's crackin' open. What should I do? If I put lotion on it then I think they'll get soft and tender so it'll hurt if I step on anything, but if I don't they may crack so much that I can no longer walk. HELP MY ACHING SOLE!

A: Deay May,
Use the lotion. I've also suffered from really dry skin here in Utah, and I haven't had a problem with my feet becoming tender from using lotion on them. It will soften your skin, but at least your skin doesn't crack and bleed.

- Lotion is good for your sole
A: Dear May:

Use a heavy-duty moisturizing lotion on your feet. And don't ever wear sandals or go around in bare feet. That's what causes mine to dry out. Wear shoes instead.
