QDear 100 Hour Board,
what are all the names of primary classes since the primary was organized, for example Moonbeams, Top Pilots, ect..?

From everything I can find, it looks like in the beginning of the primary, the classes were just called Class 1 and Class 2. Eventually it turned to Beginners, Younger Groups, or Junior Groups.
Here's a listing of the names for the different classes throughout Primary's history. More information about each can be found at part of the lds.org website.
Seagulls- 12 & 13 year old girls, began in 1922 Bluebird- 10 & 11 year old girls, began in 1926 Zion's Boys and Zion's Girls- 8 & 9 year olds, began in 1928 Blazer (original symbol was the hatchet)- 9 year old boys, began in 1929 Trekker Boys (symbolized by the wagon wheel)- 10 year old boys, began in 1929 Guide Boys (symbolized by the arrow)- 11 year old boys, began in 1929 Larks- 9 year old girls, began in 1929 Mi-kan-wees- 12 & 13 year old girls, began in 1929 Lihoma- for older girls, began in 1940 Larks- for youngest Home Builder girls, began in 1940 Co-Pilots- 7 year olds, began in 1952 Top-Pilot- 8 year olds, began in 1953 Moonbeams- 3 year olds, began in the late 50s Sunbeams- 4 year olds, began in the late 50s Stars- 5 year olds, began in the late 50s Rainbows- 6 year olds, began in the late 50s Gaynotes- 9 year old girls, began in 1959 Firelights (symbolized by the hearth)- 10 year old girls, began in 1960 Merrihands- 11 year old girls, began in 1961 Merri Miss- 11 year old girls
The current class structure for 2006 is:
Nursery and Sunbeam 4 (18 months - 3 years old) CTR 5, 6, 7, and 8 (Ages 4 - 7) Valiant 9, 10, 11, and 12 (Ages 8 - 11)
